Ashley Sanders is an Australian luthier only building 3 to 4 guitars per year only. His lattice guitars are not at all based on the Smallman-type guitars but share some similarities with the Jim Redgate guitars. This guitar is lighter than most lattice guitars and has solid back and sides and no inner frame. The sound is big and warm with a traditional voice. One of the nicest Australian guitars of today!

Here is one of the best traditional guitars from Spain: a Paulino Bernabe model Especial from 2021. The sound is as you could guess very traditional but with a surprising dynamic that could be comparable to a double-top guitar. The trebles have a crystal-clear tone, with a long sustain. The basses are deep and thick. It is a true concert guitar – Thibaut Garcia is playing on Bernabe guitar.

This Manuel Contreras I Doble Tapa has been made in 1985 by Manuel Contreras father when he was at his best. The Doble Tapa range represented the top of the line of Manuel concert guitars and aimed at offering a louder sound still with the same Spanish tone color. A big very open warm sound and wonderful craftsmanship. A real investment!

Kim Lissarrague's guitars are among our very best-sellers. A brand new one will arrive this month. Most of the time, they don't stay very long. Many concert players have chosen Kim guitars mostly because of their wonderful tone and their loudness. have a look at our video review, and you will understand why this guitar offers so much playing potential.
