Constantin Dumitriu 2022 new model – lattice

Constantin Dumitriu makes lattice guitars that are one-of-a-kind: here is his new model 2022 which is lighter, louder, and warmer with thicker notes and more overtones. That is surely one of our best concert guitars. The guitar is full of innovations such as a reflector to push the sound outside and a soundport that can be closed.. The sound is loud, warm, and well-balanced. The playability is amazing. Just unbelievable!

Constantin is a very experienced luthier: he knows very well most of the great guitars and is very driven by innovation. He is mostly searching for a ‘natural/traditional’ warm sound and a great dynamic. He is very famous in Roumania and has 14 months of waiting time.

This guitar is very much inspired by the Greg Smallman guitar but Constantin has implemented some of his own recipes:

– The back of the guitar is not in laminated wood but in solid wood for a more woody sound
– the sides are braced exactly like the Dominique Field guitar to increase the loudness of the guitar
