José Marques is an experienced luthier who makes traditional guitars and double-tables. Curious by nature and passionate about modern guitar making, here is one of his first lattice guitars inspired by Greg Smallman & Sons guitars. It is one of his first attempts that won us over. Power, roundness, and impressive dynamics for a guitar that undoubtedly shares many qualities with Australian lattice guitars. This is an opportunity to acquire a lattice guitar that already has all the charms of a great guitar at a relatively affordable price.

This prototype, which José made after one of our meetings, confirms that the craftsmanship of this new model is inspired more specifically by the guitars of Australian luthier Greg Smallman & Sons than by the lighter guitars of Jim Redgate and Zbigniew Gnatek.
Weighing less than 3 kg, this guitar features reinforced sides, an internal frame, and balsa and carbon bracing.
The top and neck are oiled to reduce weight and improve playability. The top is thin.
This guitar, influenced by those of Greg Smallman & Sons, offers remarkable volume and dynamic range, a voice that easily fills the room while retaining subtlety of expression.
