Regis Sala 2019 ‘Lattice’ steel string guitar – France

Here is once again a steel-string guitar from one of our best French luthier: Regis Sala. Régis makes wonderful ‘French style’ lattice braced concert guitar called Australe Model. But he makes as well amazing steel-string guitars using his classical guitar innovations. Here is a small size vintage version of an OO model but with a very modern bracing using lattice and carbon.
For those who play steel-string guitar, here is a small bomb enhanced with a modern lutherie: loud with a huge thick sound.

This small size body guitar has a very thin spruce top with a lattice carbon bracing. As a consequence, the guitar is super fast with however a long sustain. The neck has a modern profil made for fingerstyle with 63.5 cm string length to offer thegreatest playbility.

Here are some spec :
– Flame maple neck with ebony fretboard (42 mm at the nut and 52 mm at the bridge)
– back and sides are in flame maple
– European spruce top
– Schaller tuner « vintage copper » (ratio1:18)
– « vintage copper » finish
