Here is our second guitar from Ryosuke, the last one from 2023 was a dreamguitar. This one is a must have if you ar looking for traditional guitars with an elegant and complex tone.
There are fantastic guitarmakers in Japan and we are proud to introduce you to Ryosuke Kobayashi, a young Japanese luthier building ‘modern’ traditional guitars. His guitars are course influenced by the work of the great masters, but as well by modern builders. As conclusion, his guitar are as loud as doubletops and offer a wonderful crystal clear traditional sound. The trebles are long and thick. Surely one of the very best Japanese luthier of today. His guitars are played by a young gifted French guitarist Antoine Boyer.

Here are some verbatim from Ryosuke : “I was learning structural mechanics at a university but I left it for some reasons. And I started to learn guitar making. After 7 years training including 2 years apprenticeship program under Sergei de Jonge and 3 years apprenticeship program under Kenji Sugita(http://www.sugitakenji.com), I started my own business in 2014. Now I’m making about 12 guitars a year for not only for Classical guitarist but also for Brazilian music musicians, Jazz musicians, steel strings players.”
