This classical guitar has found a new home.
Dieter Muller’s classical guitars are famous to be very close to the Matthias Dammann’s classical guitars. His classical guitars are very light, offer a huge projection and are played by a great number of profesionnal guitarists.
The sound of the guitar is loud with very thick and creamy notes . The balance bass /treble is perfect and the playbility very good. What most caracterises the guitar is itswarmness and dark voice very much like the old spanish guitars but with a huge sound. Sustain is short but the notes are very thick and creamy.
Because the classical guitar is so light, one can really feel the notes when playing the guitar.
Great classical guitar !
The Dieter Muller guitars are identical in all aspects to a Dammann. Its handsome rosette is very much in the Dammann style, as is the sound of the instrument. It is feather light and the top is so thin one can actually see the kerf marks in the lining, where the top is glued. Predictably, the tone is dry, punchy, and warm and the sustain is however sort of short. The tone of the guitar is very dark, smoky German double top sound that is also very nice. Plenty of volume, sustain, and a lightness with quick response that is simply remarkable. Compared to the other double-top that we have played, this one is feather light and darker for those who love the cedar tone, this guitar is a must: very romantic. Even if the sustain is short because of the thickness/creamy features of the notes, the instruments provides a lot of musicality.
