Here is a unique guitar: No 5 (like the Chanel perfume) from 1965 labeled ‘No 5 experimental model’. At that time Daniel Friederich was searching for what could be his concert model (like all his concert models this one has a number). The guitar has a floating fingerboard like on the Jazz Arched top to have a wider vibrating top. We check the bracing and it is similar to the latter concert model. The spruce top Friederich has a particular voice. The sound is crystal-clear with a great string separation and great dynamics.
