The Progresso double top is clearly what we would called a semi-concert classical guitar which offers the features of a concert classical guitar but not the price.
The first impression when playing this classical guitar is the pleasure and the feeling to play a top instrument with large volume, lots of flexibilty and singing trebles. The balance is great ann easyness obvious.

The Progresso n°101 2016 model is a spruce top double top based on the Portentosa design specially made for those who cannot afford the Evolution or the Grande Furioso Portentosa. As always in these cases, the classical guitars made always offer a fantastic ratio price for money: same sound quality, same know-how, same attention to details.
As one could expect, the spruce top brings some clarity to the general darker double-top voice. This 101 is open and balanced.
