The guitar we are lucky enough to offer has belonged to Zoran Dukic from 2023 to the present day. Carsten has just delivered a new guitar to Zoran.

We are amazed by this guitar’s ability to render the slightest musical intention musically. Carsten Kobs’ double-top concert classical guitars are light and powerful. His classical guitars feature deep basses and crystal-clear highs. It’s a unique guitar. This is the Carsten Kobs that Zoran Dukic received in 2023 and has played to date. Zoran plays on powerful instruments that above all offer him the ability to translate all his ideas musically. The ease with which the instrument can be played must give him total freedom.

Carsten has just delivered a brand new guitar to David and this is a unique opportunity to acquire a guitar that has been designed and played by Zoran Dukic. Carsten Kobs considers this guitar to be without doubt the best guitar he has ever made. Power, elegance, roundness and playability are all there.

Luthier Carsten Kobs has been building classical guitars since 1991 and double-tops since 2008. His instruments are in the pure German tradition of double tops. What’s striking is the lightness of the classical guitar – you can hardly feel the instrument once it’s put down. Then there’s the super-powerful bass that fleshes out the musical discourse, the precision of the treble with a hint of brilliance, and finally the immediacy of the sound that bursts from the instrument. The result is an easy-to-play classical guitar that gives the impression of flying … above the notes.
