The new DT from Johannes Kitselis
Johannes’ previous DT won us over completely. For this 2025 edition, Johannes has made some changes: the new No 90 is more powerful, with more resonance and more sustain. The sound colour is still pure, even crystalline, and truly traditional, but with double-table dynamics, and the bass is astonishing. Balanced and elegant enhanced by more power, a sure value. The new double-table from the north!
In the world of double tops, we thought we knew all the luthiers, but here’s our latest discovery: Johannes Kitselis is a luthier based in Sweden who makes magnificent, ultra-powerful double tops with a bewitching, traditional sound. This new 2025 edition has been redesigned and modified for greater amplitude of sound. The result is a guitar that offers great dynamics (almost as powerful as our most powerful lattice) and a traditional, balanced sound with just the right amount of roundness and clarity. I recommend that you watch Philippe’s video review, you’ll be surprised.
