In the world of double tops, we thought we knew all the luthiers, but here’s our latest discovery: Johannes Kitselis is a luthier based in Sweden who makes magnificent, ultra-powerful double tops with a bewitching, traditional sound. This new 2026 edition has been redesigned and modified for greater amplitude of sound. The result is a guitar that offers great dynamics (almost as powerful as our most powerful lattice) and a traditional, balanced sound with just the right amount of roundness and clarity.
